Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we DO NOT offer returns! HOWEVER, if something arrives damaged or not as described, you can send us an email of the product and we'll make it right! 

With that being said, we will handle the shipping fees but the buyer/you (the customer) MUST send a picture of the packing slip that's associated with the item within 24 hours after delivery! The buyer/you (the customer) MUST notify us within 24 hours after delivery, MUST ship the product within 72 hours after receiving the shipping label, MUST email or direct message us on Instagram a picture of the damage product/products, and the PRODUCT must be damaged NOT the package!
